Ordering Embroidery

 

  1. Simply email us your team or company logo and any other artwork for a free quote. Your artwork should be a high quality jpeg or pdf. If you don’t yet have a logo please feel free to email or call us and we can discuss your requirements.
  2. We will send your our PDF with options and prices.  Choose your garments, colours and sizes.
  3. Once we receive your order we will invoice you and once the invoice is PAID the garments will be ordered in and the logo set up.
  4. Once confirmed your artwork will be ‘digitized’. Digitizing converts your logo into a format suitable for the embroidery machines and is a highly skilled process that incurs a one-off fee of between £30 and £75 per logo. Once digitised a digital mock-up will be provided free of charge.  If required, a sample can be embroidered and sent by post or photographed and emailed to you for approval but there may be a small charge for this service. 
  5. Any additions/alterations/colour changes can be made at this stage free of charge.
  6. When you are happy with the design of your garments we will confirm how long the items will take to complete (usually between 3-4weeks although it is sometimes possible to have them done faster*)
  7. Embroidery onto self-supplied garments is possible but will incur a small surcharge.  Price is calculated per stitch, please email us your logo for a per-stitch quote.
