FAQ'S

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

No!  We pride ourselves on being flexible so no order is too small.

However there is a minimum order of 20 units for printed transfer logos.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Have a look through the Look Book PDF and send us an email with your order.  There is a handy ordering guide in the 'About Embroidery' section. 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Our lead time varies depending on the time of year but 4 weeks is average.  If you’re in a rush, please just ask to see if it’s possible to get your order quicker – however, there will be a rush fee to cover us working the extra hours for your order.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT GARMENTS YOU PROVIDE?

We work with a number of different suppliers – and you can see the most popular items for embroidery in our Look Book but if you can't find what you are looking for we are also able to source from elsewhere.

DO YOU HOLD STOCK?

No, we do not hold stock but we will get garments in for you as soon as the invoice has been settled.

CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN GARMENTS? 

Absolutely! There is a flat rate fee for embroidery onto supplied garments that can be seen in the Look Book towards the bottom.  However you supply the garments at your own risk – we do not replace or refund any misprinted or spoiled garments.

CAN I SEE A SAMPLE OF MY DESIGN BEFORE YOU EMBROIDER/PRINT ON THE GARMENTS?

Of course, an on screen mock up is provided as part of the logo set up cost.  If you require a stitched out proof, just let us know although there will be a charge for making and posting this out to you.

CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE GARMENT PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER?

Yes.  However, we do have size, fabric and colour details on the Look Book, so a sample may not be necessary.  If you would rather see a sample of your garment, we'll be happy to order one in for you.  While we would love to be able to offer this free of charge, the constraints of our supplier means that the sample garment would be as per our price list.

WHAT FILE TYPE DO YOU NEED FOR THE DESIGN?

We prefer JPEG or PNG files but we have worked with lots of different artwork formats.  Ideally the artwork will be a large file so that it is not pixilated.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Garments are sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce.  If you are local,  you are also welcome to arrange a time to pop by and pick up your order during opening hours.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER ONCE MY GARMENT HAS BEEN EMBROIDERED/PRINTED?

Unfortunately, no. We provide a bespoke service and therefore we are unable to resell any orders.

 THE SIZE I ORDERED DOESN'T FIT BUT IT HAS ALREADY BEEN EMBROIDERED/PRINTED. CAN I RETURN IT?

No. Please make sure you know exactly what size you need before placing an order – if you’re not sure, we’re happy to help with our size guide.
